Nobel Biocare had filed a patent infringement lawsuit, claiming that the implants which were imported from Brazil possessed "striking similarities" to the design of its NobelActive implants, which it launched in 2008 and in March 2014, Neodent had launched its line of Drive CM dental implants in the U.S .
