Samsung Electronics has acquired a large number of graphene patents with more than 490 followed by China’s Ocean’s King Lighting Science & Technology and IBM Corp. Based on the naming of graphene as skinniest and strong material known, researchers believe its future use to make unbreakable screens for mobile devices .
