Mr. Venkat is founder and Managing Director of Prometheus Patent Services Pvt Ltd. He is also a practicing partner and works in the Technology and Intellectual Property Law Practice Group of Prometheus Patent Services. Venkat’s clients range from start-up and emerging technology companies to large multi-national technology and telecom companies, and parties in outsourcing transactions. He is a member of various boards and advisory boards for a significant number of private early-stage technology companies. Currently, Mr. Venkat is currently acting as a consultant to Canada and US based corporations, where he had overall responsibility of their IP portfolio building and IP related legal affairs.

Mr. Venkat has lectured in the area of technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and intellectual property law at various Law Schools in India and at various Continuing Legal Education and Information Technology industry conferences. He has also authored articles in the areas of computer and information technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Srinivas is Executive Director of the Prometheus Patent Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has pursued a Master’s degree in Master of Science in Computational Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. From 2003-2005, he pursued his second Master’s of Science degree in Mechatronics from University of Siegen. He was a Research Investigator at the Mechatronics group at the University of Siegen, Siegen, Germany from 2005-2007.  His research focused on robotics, automation and control engineering. Prior to partnering with PROMETHEUS, Mr. Srinivas was associated with the leading patent law practicing firms in Sweden, Germany and India. Mr. Srinivas writes and speaks frequently on patent law.

Mr. Prashanth K G Pantangi is a Practicing Partner and Technical Director of the Prometheus Patent Services. He is a research scholar pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry. He holds an International Masters degree in the field of Nanotechnology from University of Siegen, Germany in 2007. He also holds Masters in Inorganic and Environmental Chemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India in 2003. Mr. Prashanth holds Diploma in Protein Modeling and Drug designing and worked as a scientist in one of the top Indian Pharmaceutical Company. He worked on different projects including Nanotechnology, Supra Molecular Chemistry, and Lab-on-Chip etc. He has also authored articles in the areas of Bio and Pharma Patent Law.

Dr. Manohar Reddy is a lawyer, an academician, Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations. Over the past 30 years he is known for his knowledge and experience and has led complex situations of law to success stories for various matters working with domestic and international clients.

He has been representing prestigious clients before various State High Courts & the Supreme Court of India. His experience includes joint venture agreements, business contracts and advising on different laws. He specializes in the niche area of IPR, IPR audit and valuation.

He acts as a legal advisor for Electricity Board of Andhra Pradesh, Reliance Telecom and is also working as a member of the editorial board of the leading law reporter in India- Pierce Law Reporter. Over and above this, Mr. Reddy has also authored four monographs and published several articles in leading law journals. Mr. Reddy is a man of integrity and is currently working towards the promotion of legal education in the right direction.

Mr. Sujay Kumar, a Management Graduate from IIM Bangalore and Alumni of IIT Chennai, has over 16 years of experience in varying capacities in senior management roles. His experience of working with Indian conglomerates as well as multinationals such as HCL Info Systems, BPL, Godrej, Bausch and Lomb (I) and United Telecoms will enable Prometheus benefit from his wide experience in business development in the fields of IPR, marketing and distribution management in India and overseas.

Mr. Sujay's key focus is to help introduce new product development and system architecture in India that were proven to be so successful in overseas markets.
